What are achievements?
Achievements are milestones you unlock by completing specific actions - like making your first purchase, earning a certain number of points, or visiting a business multiple times in a row. Each achievement comes with a badge and often a bonus reward.
Achievements make loyalty more fun. Instead of just earning points, you have goals to chase and surprises to unlock along the way. Some achievements are easy to hit right away; others take time and dedication.
How to unlock them
Achievements unlock automatically when you complete the required action. You do not need to claim them or sign up - they just appear in your profile once you hit the milestone. You will see a notification in the app when you earn a new badge and any bonus points are added to your wallet instantly.
Some achievements are one-time milestones, like your first redemption or reaching 1,000 lifetime points. Others are repeatable, such as earning points on five consecutive days or visiting a specific location a set number of times.
Types of achievements
First steps - welcome bonus, first purchase, first redemption
Spending streaks - earn or redeem on multiple days in a row
Milestones - reach a total points threshold or number of visits
Special events - seasonal campaigns or limited-time challenges
Social - refer friends or connect your account to social platforms
Where to see your badges
All your unlocked achievements appear in the Achievements section of your profile. Tap any badge to see what you did to earn it and what bonus you received. You can also see which achievements are still locked and what you need to do to unlock them next.
