No. There are no setup fees, no onboarding charges and no minimum contract term. Paid plans are month-to-month and you can cancel or downgrade at any time.
Never. The Sopoints customer app and wallet are always free for consumers. Businesses pay for the plan; customers earn and redeem at no cost.
Location limits vary by plan. If you exceed your plan limit you are prompted to upgrade rather than being cut off mid-service. Enterprise supports unlimited locations.
