How loyalty tiers work

Earn your way up tiers to unlock better perks and faster rewards.

What are loyalty tiers?

Loyalty tiers are membership levels that recognize how often you shop and reward you with better perks as you move up. The more you earn and redeem, the higher your tier - and the faster you unlock exclusive benefits.

Each business sets its own tier names and thresholds, so you might see Bronze, Silver, Gold at one shop and Explorer, Adventurer, Champion at another. Check the app or website to see what tiers are available where you shop.

How do you move up?

You climb tiers by earning and spending points over a qualifying period - usually a rolling 12 months. When you hit the threshold for the next tier, you are promoted automatically. Your tier status is displayed in your profile and on your digital card.

If your activity drops below the tier requirement, you may move back down after the qualification period ends. Most programs send a reminder before your tier resets, so you have time to keep your status.

What perks do you get?

Bonus points - higher tiers often earn 1.5x or 2x points on every purchase

Exclusive rewards - unlock special items or experiences not available to lower tiers

Birthday treats - extra bonus or a free reward on your birthday

Early access - first look at new campaigns, limited-time offers, or events

Where to see your tier

Your current tier appears at the top of your profile in the app or on the website. Tap it to see your progress toward the next level, the perks you have unlocked, and how much you need to earn or spend to move up. Some businesses also show your tier when you earn points at the counter, so staff can congratulate you when you level up.
