Turn points into rewards at the counter
When you are ready to redeem, browse the rewards catalogue in the app or on the website. Each reward shows the points required and which businesses accept it. Once you find something you want, select it and confirm the redemption.
The app will mark the reward as ready to use. Show your screen to the cashier, or share your phone number so they can see the redemption on their side. The points are deducted from your balance as soon as the business confirms the redemption.
Where you can spend
Any participating business in the Sopoints network accepts your points.
Each business builds its own rewards catalogue - discounts, free items, or special offers.
You can filter rewards by category or location in the app to find what is nearby.
Some rewards are universal (like a dollar-off discount), while others are specific to one shop (like a free coffee).
Redeeming is instant
Just like earning, redemptions happen in real time. As soon as the cashier confirms, the points leave your wallet and the reward is applied to your purchase. You will see the updated balance immediately in the app.
Check your history
Every redemption is logged in your transaction history. If you ever need to review what you spent or when, open the app and navigate to your activity feed. You will see the date, business, and points deducted for each reward.
