How referrals work
When you refer a friend to Sopoints, you both earn bonus points. You get your referral link or code from your profile, share it with friends, and when they sign up and make their first qualifying purchase, the bonus is added to both wallets.
The exact bonus amount is set by each participating business. Some offer a fixed bonus, others match a percentage of your friend's first purchase. Either way, both of you win.
How to share your link
Open your profile in the app or on the website and look for the Refer a Friend section. You will see your unique referral link and code. Tap the share button to send it via text, email, or social media - or just copy the link and paste it wherever you like.
Your friend needs to sign up using your link or enter your code during registration. Once they complete their first qualifying purchase, you will both see the bonus appear in your wallets.
Referral rules
Your friend must be a new customer who has never registered before
They must sign up using your link or code
They need to make a qualifying first purchase to trigger the bonus
Bonuses are added automatically once all conditions are met
There is usually no limit on how many friends you can refer
Track your referrals
The Referrals section in your profile shows how many friends have signed up using your link, how many have completed their first purchase, and the total bonus you have earned. If a friend signed up but the bonus has not appeared yet, it means they have not made their qualifying purchase.
