Add your card to your phone's wallet
Sopoints supports digital loyalty cards that live in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Once added, your card is always a quick tap away - no need to open the Sopoints app or dig through your bag for a physical card.
The digital card displays your current point balance and a barcode or QR code that cashiers can scan. It updates automatically when you earn or redeem, so you always see your latest balance.
How to add the card
Open the Sopoints app and navigate to your profile or wallet section.
Look for an option like 'Add to Apple Wallet' or 'Add to Google Wallet'.
Tap the button and follow the prompts to save the card to your phone's wallet app.
Once saved, you can access it from your lock screen or wallet app without unlocking your phone.
Quick access at checkout
When you are ready to earn or redeem, double-tap your phone's side button or power button to bring up your wallet. Select your Sopoints card and hold it near the reader if contactless is enabled, or show the barcode to the cashier to scan.
Because the card is stored in your phone's wallet, it is always accessible even if you do not have an internet connection at that moment.
